Guru Ashram Khesar — Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use it and make payments only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at support@igniterapp.com if you suspect any unauthorised use.

On enrolment you get a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access the course for your individual use. Copying, sharing, recording or reselling content is not permitted.

Your access lasts as long as the course remains live on Guru Ashram Khesar, unless we suspend it for a violation of these Terms.

The price of each course appears on the Service in Indian Rupees, taxes included where applicable. Razorpay processes all payments securely, and we retain only a transaction reference — never your card details.

All transactions are subject to our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to update prices, but changes never apply retroactively to courses you already own.

Please see our Refund Policy on this site for full details of when refunds apply. If approved, the amount is credited to your original payment method within roughly 5–7 business days.

Where digital content has already been meaningfully accessed or downloaded, a refund may not be available except as mandated by applicable law.

Everything on the Service — course videos, notes, tests, logos and other content — belongs to Guru Ashram Khesar or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. Using the Service does not give you any ownership of that material.

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not pirate, copy, or redistribute content; attempt to bypass payment or access controls; upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing material; or interfere with the Service’s security or operation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund where the breach is serious.

The Service and its educational content are provided “as is” for learning purposes. While we work hard to keep content accurate and the Service available, Guru Ashram Khesar does not guarantee any particular exam result, uninterrupted availability, or that the content is error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guru Ashram Khesar is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

You are free to leave and delete your account whenever you wish. We may limit, suspend or end your access where you break these Terms, where the law requires it, or if Guru Ashram Khesar stops operating on the platform.

These Terms are subject to the laws of India and to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.

From time to time we may amend these Terms. Important updates will be announced in-app and the “Last updated” date above refreshed; by continuing to use Guru Ashram Khesar you agree to the updated Terms.
